STAMFORD, Conn. – Fairway Market’s catering department struts its savory stuff next week at its First Annual Catering Expo.

The Stamford market will cater pretty much any event, including corporate meetings, bridal showers and wedding receptions, a Fairway release said. Samples to be served up during the expo include:

■ Chef Vinny’s Prosciutto Crostini with Roasted Tomato and Parmesan Reggiano;

■ Filet Mignon with Fairway’s Famous Horseradish Sauce;

■ Chicken Florentine with Spinach, Artichokes and Marsala Sauce;

■ Grilled Sate Platters with Peanut Sauce;

■ Fairway’s Famous Smoked Fishes and Smoked Salmon;

■ Fairway’s Fresh Baked Breads, Cheeses, and more;

■ Cheese Petite Sweets and Chocolates.
