STAMFORD, Conn. — The following is a list of city government meetings and other key events going on in Stamford for the week of Feb. 20 to Feb. 24.

All city government meetings take place at the Stamford Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd., unless otherwise specified below.  

Monday, Feb. 20

▪ 9 a.m. Winter Vacation Camp at Bartlett Arboretum, 151 Brookdale Road. The program is for kids ages 5 to 11 and is a full-day program. The cost is $350 per week or $75 per day for non-members or $300 per week and $65 per day for members. ▪ 10 a.m. Winter School Break Camp at Lakeside Pottery, 543 Newfield Ave. The four-day program will last from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and the cost is $275 plus $20 for a tool set, which includes firing and material fees.

Tuesday, Feb. 21

▪ 2 p.m. Books and Bricks Workshop at the Ferguson Library, 1 Library Plaza at Broad Street and Bedford Street. Registration is required for this program designed for kids ages 5 to 10. There will be a second workshop at 4 p.m.

▪ 2 p.m. Vacation Drop-off Day at the Stamford Museum & Nature Center, 39 Scofieldtown Road for kids ages 5 to 8, Tuesday through Thursday. Sign up for one day or all three. Limited to 12 children per day. Members: $35 per day or $90 for 3 days; non-members: $45 per day or $120 for 3 days. ▪ 3 p.m. Kids Vacation Week Film, “Dolphin Tale,” at the Ferguson Library’s Main Library, 1 Library Plaza at Broad Street and Bedford Street. The film is rated PG and is suitable for kids ages 6 and older.

▪ 7 p.m. Take the short drive to Fairfield to prepare for the 2012 Presidential Election with political pundits Tucker Carlson and Eugene Robinson at Sacred Heart University’s Edgerton Center, 5151 Park Ave., Fairfield. Tickets are $35.

Thursday, Feb. 23

▪ 8 p.m. Wilson Phillips to perform at the Ridgefield Playhouse, 80 East Ridge, Ridgefield. Tickets are $82.50 and $97.50.

Friday, Feb. 24

▪ 2 p.m. Teenagers can show off their musical abilities at the Ferguson Library’s “Karaoke Revolution Glee 3.” The event is for kids in grades 6 through 12 and is at the Main Library, 1 Library Plaza at Broad Street and Bedford Street.

▪ 3 p.m. Magician Brian Flint will be putting his show for kids at the Harry Bennett Branch of the Ferguson Library, 115 Vine Road. The program is designed for kids in kindergarten and older.
