STAMFORD, Conn. — Goldman Sachs employes recently held their annual day of learning for St. Luke’s LifeWorks participants to improve their preparation for entering the work force. The workshops used video to record and replay mock interviews to help participants improve their skills. They also gave assistance with resume writing and other skills needed to get a job, a St. Luke’s LifeWorks release said.

“Their commitment to giving back is not only inspiring, but also of great value to the people we serve. Thanks in part to them, we have made 149 job placements in the past 11 ½ months” St. Luke’s LifeWorks CEO Jason T. Shaplen said of the Goldman Sachs volunteers.
