STAMFORD, Conn. – Former Trinity Catholic basketball player Jeana Trimboli is the No. 2 scorer on the women’s team at Wheaton College. The team includes Kristina Paolino of Trinity Catholic and Greenwich’s Jana Jagodzinski.
Trimboli, a junior guard from Norwalk, has started all seven games for Wheaton (2-5) and is averaging 6.9 points per game. She had 11 points in a win over the Coast Guard on Nov. 30.
Paolino, a senior, has played in six games for the Lyons, and Jagodzinski has played in all seven. Wheaton plays its next game Friday against Babson.
