Introducing the second and final round of Close To My Heart: You've read the stories, and you've made your comments. Now it's time to choose a winner. Beginning today, Feb. 1, readers will be able to vote on their favorite stories once a day. Your votes, along with your comments, will help our panel of judges to determine the Top 10 stories and the grand prize winner.

Remember, the contest is still open, and we are still accepting story submissions, so send us yours today!

I think the circle of love piece is very lovely and it shows that there are still people in the world that have good in their heart to care for others. I think that article should win.

So there is no clear citeria or rules to the contest? It seems like is pretty unfair. Why even bother having comments or votes, if the winner will just be chosen? Why wouldn't the process of selecting a winner be stated from the outset of the preocess?
