A 24-year-old Stamford woman was arrested Saturday on four counts of issuing a bad check under $250 and attempting to issue bad checks. Rachel Merritt, of 314 Erskine Road, was also charged with four counts of larceny and attempting to commit larceny.

Also from the police department:

■ Raymond Donahue, 51, of 23 Guilford St. in Stamford, was arrested Monday on charges of illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle.

■ Glenn Gundersen, 47, of 3 Meadow Drive in Armonk, was arrested in Stamford Sunday on charges of illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
